Since starting Beatrice & Lilly, It was always my aim to make it an eco-friendly and sustainable business as much as I could. We all need to participate in helping protect our planet.
Firstly I can say that all of my products are made from 100% natural soy wax which is an innovative plant based wax thats sustainable, vegan friendly and biodegradable. The fragrance oils and micas are also vegan and have not been tested on animals. I only use biodegradable botanicals or Bio-glitter to decorate my wax melts too.
Here are a few other things I have done to create our eco-friendly little business.
The boxes that I post all my orders in are all made from recycled material and are they're full recyclable.
Shredded paper for packaging is acid free and recyclable.
The glassine bags that I use to package my wax melts and snap bars are eco-friendly, meaning they are made from sustainably sourced paper, are biodegradable and 100% recyclable. Also PH Neutral and acid free.
CLP labels are from Avery and made from recycled paper.
