Beatrice & Lilly was born at home in Rochford, Essex, at the very start of 2021. As the coronavirus pandemic reshaped our daily lives, founder Louise—a trained Mental Health First Aider and Wellbeing Champion—acutely understood the importance of keeping the mind active, grounded, and peaceful during such an uncertain time.

 

Deeply inspired by interior design and the art of sourcing unique accessories, Louise set out to transform functional working spaces into relaxing sanctuaries. She embarked on a journey to create a collection of handcrafted, ethically produced home fragrance products that reflected her personal aesthetic: a minimalistic elegance that promotes a true sense of peace and clarity.

 

The path to building the brand required dedication. Louise spent months conducting rigorous research, dedicating countless hours to sourcing the finest ingredients, and testing formulations until they were perfect. With invaluable feedback from supportive friends and family, her vision finally came to life.

 

Five years later, Beatrice & Lilly has blossomed into a beautiful lifestyle brand. True to its core philosophy that "less is more," Louise personally hand-designs every piece of packaging to ensure the aesthetic remains beautifully simplistic and understated.

 

Today, the collection includes botanical wax melts, luxury candles, reed diffusers, and room mists. The brand's commitment to quality has caught the attention of high-end publications, earning features in British Vogue, Health & Wellbeing, and An Essex Wedding. Beatrice & Lilly has also traveled across the country, trading at major UK events such as the Christmas Ideal Home Show in London, The Royal Three Counties Show in Worcestershire, and The National Flower Show in Essex.
