Shipping & Returns Policy
At Beatrice & Lilly, all of our products are handmade with lots of love, care and attention. We take all steps to provide you with the best quality products, exceptional customer service that are delivered to you as soon as possible.
All of our home fragrance products are shipped with Parcel2Go via Yodel and will take approx 2-3 working days to get to you. This does not include bank holidays.

Misplaced or lost items
In the unlikely event that your order has been misplaced or lost after being posted, a period of 10 working days from the date the parcel was shipped must take place before an investigation can be raised via Parcel2Go/Yodel.
We put all our trust in Parcel2Go/Yodel that our orders will be shipped and received by the customer safe and secure. However, in the event your parcel arrives damaged. Please take a photograph of the damaged goods and send a picture to email@example.com and we will launch an investigation with Parcel2Go/Yodel.
Non-refundable perishable items
All of our wax melt products are classed as perishable items and therefore do not offer refunds on these items, unless they are damaged (if they are damaged, please follow the above guidance).
If you would like to raise an enquiry about a recent purchase, you have 30 days from date of purchase to do so. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted with a response within a reasonable time frame, Please note, to be considered for either a refund or to return an item, please check the above guidance first to ensure you verify. Items to be considered for a refund in the first instance must still be in their original packaging, be unopened and unused. Customers are obliged to expense returned items and we would advise you to return items recorded delivery with a tracking number as we do not take responsibility for any items that go missing.
